Harlem Meatloaf

Made this tonight. Hands-down the best tasting -- and best smelling -- meatloaf I've ever made. My only alteration (not a big departure) was to use Sriracha sauce in place of the Tabasco (teaspoon for teaspoon). Rather than insanely spicy, it provided a wonderful, comforting warmth to the dish. This will be my go-to meatloaf recipe from now on.

Italian Jam Crostata

I've made this several times, using a full cup (approximately 12oz.) of jam, my favorite (for this recipe) being seedless blackberry. It's absolutely delicious an hour or so out of the oven, but it's still a yummy breakfast or coffee break treat. I made it for a bake sale, too, selling with a $14 price tag.

Collard Greens with Dumplings

Learn to spell. "Chard" is a vegetable. "Charred" is burned. Looks like a yummy recipe to me. I'm only giving it stars to negate the unnecessary comment.

Watercress Salad with Manchego, Membrillo, and Almonds

Super easy and delicious! Since watercress is hard to come by, I used arugula as a very good, peppery substitute. My guests loved this.
