Best meal I ever ate:

Grilled squid stuffed with chilles, tomatoes, rice, and carrots while in Bohol, PI last year. It was so fresh, I thought it would still be jumping.

My current drink of choice:

tea- formosa oolongs, earl grey, some greens. ginger ale and gin.

I really wish I could:

master the art of making French macaroons, have French Macaroons at my disposal, travel endlessly,own a Molteni stove, cook more, entertain more.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Puff pastry twists with fresh parm or greuyere chese, fresh guacamole, lumpia (Filipino spring rolls), and raspberry buckle cake.

My favorite comfort food:

Filipino food- chicken adobo, my grandma's adobo gata and pancit; mashed potatoes, schnitzel, my mom's chicken and chickpeas in tomato sauce. grease truck sandiwiches (Fat Mojo) SIGH.

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

Sea (NYC), Paradou (NYC), Public (NYC), Masala Grill (Princeton), UYee sushi (NJ)
