New Wave Cafe in Keswick is brand new and they have nailed it. The local rag named them the best F&C in Georgina after they had been open for just 3 months.

Reliable on Queen is ok, though their coleslaw is terrible.

Duckworth's in Orillia is pretty good, but New Wave is the best I have had in a long time.

Tutto Bene is a really good neighborhood Italian restaurant about 5 min north of Yonge & Steeles... about halfway to Hwy 7.

Terra is good too, but its pretty pricey.

The Octagon is the death of cool, but their steaks are better than the Keg's.

Ginza Sushi is at Yonge & Clark and they are definitely good sushi. Next door is the Indian Kitchen which is also really good.

Hey RBC,

Have you tried the New Wave Cafe? I think it is pretty new. Was in Keswick recently and had a great meal there. Its very down to earth, but everything is fresh and made on the premises. Really good fish and chips and pastas. They also have some great desserts.
