I agree with Animal. This will be unlike any food you know. A steak is a steak (Cut is very good). Animal is a dinning experience. Red Medicine is another food experience that you will not find in another city.
How's dinner at the Langham, Pasadena?
I took my wife and another two people for her Birthday dinner. The room and the service were perfect. BUT...the food was just okay. Each plate was a work of art, but with little or no flavor. Very, very expensive for what it was. I would go to another restaurant.
Any Reports on Prohibition Burgers & Beer in Encino?
Poor service. Food is nothing special. Many burgers in town for that price that are much better

Natural vs. Organic vs. Biodynamic

Natural is not a term with any specific meaning. Organic and biodynamic are very specific terms. You can find lots of wine made in California that is organic and biodynamic (even vegan wine and vegetarian wine).

Very poor service. The owner did not seem to care when he was told. The food was very boring and nothing special. I will not go again.

Very small selection compared to Yountvile. What I have had has been ver, very good. Great brioche. I would like to hear about the free parking, as I found parking very expensive.
