Thank you very much, I would look into those today.

I am in search of a book that would help me become more creative in altering recipes. When I taste something, I know I want it to go more in a certain direction but I never know what seasonings will help accomplish that desired outcome.

Is there a reference guide that will help me become more creative with spices?
