the 3-course prix fixe dinner at La Regalade in Paris. The rice pudding was heaven.

For winter - Braised Short Ribs with parsnip and bacon - a recipe that I have worked.
My favorite comfort food:
Definitely perfectly cooked, hot french fries. When I am sick, I crave either Tom Kha Gai or a good Miso. Chicken liver can also do the trick.
