Vancouver dinner on new years eve
My family will be in Vancouver on New Years Eve and we're looking for a good place to eat -- someplace with great food, not too pricey, maybe a smaller, more intimate place. We are all adults who appreciate a great meal. Probably downtown because we want to walk to where we eat. Any ideas are appreciated.

cool casual atmosphere -- not stratosphere budget -- high moderate price is what we were thinking we'd need to pay. No special food type, as long as it is great tasting.

we are staying at Jurys in the back bay and want a place to eat -- goodd food a must. 11 people so wil probably need reservations. I've heard LEgal SEafood but only original one. We want to walk to the restaurant. Suggestions?
