South Beach Moderately Priced

My wife and I will be at the Westgate South Beach, 3611 Collins Avenue, for a week beginning on June 8. I would like your suggestions for moderately priced, local (although I'll have a car) restaurants for lunch and dinner. There is a recent thread on Cuban, so I have those recommendations but I would like seafood places or anything else you suggest.

Besides eating there a number of times, I have been a member of a group that has had a December Holiday cocktail party and dinner in the back "garden" room for many years. They did a great job for small groups.

I believe I saw a sign in a restaurant in Chelsea or around 14 Street that offered unlimited drinks with weekend brunch (I assume it's limited to the drinks on the brunch menu). Do you know the place or one with the same offer anywhere else?
