I'm looking to buy small cocottes to make one-person meals. I had a great beef shoulder at Les Cocottes de Christian Constant in a small oval shaped cocotte, but did not note the size. Any suggestions? I found a .25QT round cocotte on Staub's website, but it looks like it would be too small to make personal mains - more for personal sized desserts.
