Mince Meat Pie

Hi there, it's been over a year since this mincmeat pie conversation started, but I was hoping someone might help me with the subject. We are intersted in using storebought mincemeat filling, which has no meat in it, and adding meat, and perhaps some other things to it to make it more traditional. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are making these for an event and need to have about 400 servings, so as authentic as possible, but... you know -
