Share your not-so-traditional Valentine's We shared a bottle of bubbles on our balcony and watched the sun go down. Eventually went to our neighborhood favorite cherrywood coffeehouse for the fried shrimp and had both redsauce and remoulade. Back home for tons of chocolate. No crowds...quite a nice night. |

Lamberts! Hangar steak is on their bar menu, meaning it's 8 bucks at happy hour. It's one of my favorite things in town. Topped with jalapeno butter and served with a toad in hole which sounds weird but it's a great combination. Add one or two of Chris's sazeracs and oh man what a meal. |

Real Store-bought French Bread The Hancock HEB does have them but quantities are limited. There were some rolls too but I just bought the baguettes. Can't wait to try! |
