Best meal I ever ate:
My sister's Chicken Marsala, and my chicken Marsala. And the chicken mole at the now defunct Restaurant Mexico in Tempe Arizona. Unforgettable. I haven't had Mole sauce like that again!
My current drink of choice:
Ravenswood Shiraz, Maques de Caceres White Rioja
I really wish I could:
Find Hanssens Oudbeitje lambic beer here in Los Angeles
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Brussels sprouts with chestnuts in maple syrup
My favorite comfort food:
Anything high in carbohydrates. Oh and cheese, especially a blue cheese Like Stilton.
