Will a mango halve stay fresh in the fridge? I bought one of those humongous green mangos and I was wondering if I cling wrap half of it will it stay fresh in the fridge for another day? It would even have the seed protecting it. I don't like freezing them because I like the juice. |

I was browsing the beverage aisle at the Asian market and felt overwhelmed. There was 5 different kinds of coconut juice, 3 mango, guyabano, lychee, tamarind, and on and on. These were the canned beverages btw. Does anyone have a tried and true favorite? I know more than some of them are gonna be a miss. |

What's the best way to brew tea? I want to get into brewing tea for some digestive issues I've been having; specifically Rooibos which I've read can be beneficial. Should I go high-tech with an electric kettle and teamaker such as this: http://www.teavana.com/tea-products/t... Or the traditional route? I just want to experience the purest taste and reap all the health benefits of Rooibos. Maybe I'll branch out to others later. |

What's the finest mesh strainer on the market? The mesh strainer I have lets quinoa through. I need a finer strainer than that. Is the mesh part sized? I never see that info. Does anyone have a very fine strainer and can point me where to find it? I'm losing too much quinoa! |

Making brownies.... oil and egg substitute? I have a package of Trader Joe's Gluten-Free Brownie Mix that calls for 1 egg and 1/2 cup oil - can I use both chia seeds and applesauce? I was going to use the chia seed gel as an egg substitute (which I've done before), but now I've read that applesauce is also an egg substitute. I thought it was an oil substitute? Do I use one or both and how much? I don't want to overdo it and have soggy brownies. Cheers. |
