Good Mexican in Cincinnati?
Taqueria Maya is located in a strip mall between Play It Again Sports and Lens Crafters by the King's Auotmall. I go there for lunch. Their food is outstanding. Here are a couple of reviews:

Memphis Bar-B-Que
I'm not a native, but I've visited Memphis many times. I've always enjoyed Rendevous (yes, it's touristy, but I love those dry ribs!) and I second Paynes for their sandwiches! My pastor is a Memphis native and he swears by the Germantwon Commisary. http://www.commissarybbq.com/ I haven't been there yet, but want to try it out the next time I get down that way.
Recomendations in Sevierville, TN
Tennessee Chowhounds,
My family and I will be vacationing down in the Smokies this year. We'll be spending a couple of days in Sevierville at the big waterpark. Are there any family-friendy Southern-cooking restaurants there besides the Apple Barn (I already know we're going there) worth recommending? We're a family of 4 with two 9-year-old boys. I'm looking for good food that won't break the bank. Thanks.

Good Mexican in Cincinnati
I had found a really good, cheap Mexican restaurant in Mason called Taqueria Maya on Mason Montgomery, but to my dismay the last time I was going to go there for lunch I found that it was no longer there! A sub shop had sprung up in its place. I'm happy to report that it has relocated and reopened over by the King's Automall. I ate there last week and the food is still fabulous. If you're around the Mason area I recommend it!

Cincinnati Restaurants And Markets
Thom,
Welcome to our fair city! A suggestion I'd like to pass along to you is order a copy of Insiders' Guide to Cincinnati, 7th by Felix Winternitz (Author), Sacha DeVroomen Bellman (Author) ISBN-10: 0762741805. It covers restaurants, shopping, and lots of local points of interest. I've bought a couple of copies for relocating friends and they both found the book indispensable. It'll make your relocation to the Queen City much more seamless.

Cincinnati chowhound ideas?
You're definitely working from a good list there. I heartily recommend you try Skyline Chili and Graeter's ice cream for a true Cincinnati experience! Have a great time!
Dining near Mammoth Cave
My wife and I along with our two six-year-olds will be spending a couple of days at Mammoth Cave National Park over Memorial Day weekend. We'll be staying at the Mammoth Cave Hotel. I've read some pretty decent reviews on the restaurant there, so we'll probably give it a try. Are there any places that are close by (15 minutes or so) that are worth venturing out to? Thanks.

Eddie Merlot’s
I saw an article this weekend in the Cincinnati paper that Eddie Merlot's was coming to Montgomery, OH. The article said they're out of Ft. Wayne, IN. Can any Hoosier Chowhounds tell me what to expect? Should I be excited about this? Thanks.
