There is an affordable pit called la caja china. The design is pretty awesome and easy to use. I think you can rent them as well. not sure where in south jersey. try google search for buying a pig and renting a spit.

I attended a party that was a Downton Abbey themed party catered by Bacco Catering. They have a website. The food was excellent with great presentations.

Stirling Hotel has awesome beer and food! A lot of great beers on tap that change all of the time.

I prefer both russian and spicy mustard as an add on condiment. I am pretty sure there is no difference in the two dressings. Just the names and where they originally came from.

I would guess stirling hotel. They always have the seasonal Brooklyn beer. Would be a haul but the Ship Inn has some awesome british style beer and food. Long Valley Brew Pub always has a cask ale but it changes a lot.

I have done it numerous times. There are tons of ways you could do it. I usually use a cedar plank. Soak the plank in water so it smolders. Season the salmon generously with equal parts of sugar in the raw and kosher salt. I even nail the salmon to the plank with a stainless steel nail or two. smoke to your desired temperature.

disagree, great, easy, cheap and low maintenance way to sharpen any kind of knife. you are literally doing the same thing when you sharpen a knife anyway.

whole foods has a good fresh chorizo. BGE? Smoked some sausage on Memorial day. Used cherry too. Yes it is totally worth the trip. You will be suprised.
