Asparagus salad at Cassis Brasserie in St. Pete FL: asparagus, truffle, egg, tomme de savoie, arugula. Rounded out with oysters with lemon, and raspberry sorbet. Utterly satisfying.

Anything braised, served family-style. I prefer to socialize at dinner parties, rather than slave.

Homemade mac and cheese with sharp cheddar and Frank's Red Hot, baby.
