We are looking for restaurants in Amsterdam that serve good, hearty breakfasts (not just fruit and yogurt or pastries. We are hoping to find something within walking distance in the old city. |

Hi, looking for good eats in the Gramercy Park / Union Square area. Already have plans to eat at Tamarind and Maialino. Would like to pay about $75 - $90 for two for dinner, and would like interesting, but not weird for its own sake, food. Any recommendations? |

Upscale Italian for lunch/dinner: Marea/Scarpetta/Convivio? Agreed. I would also choose Maialino. Excellent atmosphere as well. ----- |

Tamarind in the Gramercy Park / Flat Iron district is wonderful. |

Heading Back to New York - Trying to Narrow the List. I recommend Artisanal for lunch, especially if you love good cheese. |

Best Chinatown restaurant options? Can anyone tell me about their favorite Chinatown restaurants? I know there will be crowds there on Christmas day, but I'm hoping my husband and I can still find a decent meal. Any advice is certainly appreciated. |

Non-Traditional Christmas Dinner in NYC Can anyone recommend a place to have a great non-traditional (that means no turkey!!) Christmas dinner in NYC? We'd like something mid-to-upscale, but the priority is exceptional food. All suggestions appreciated! |
