Best meal I ever ate:
Baby beet, watercress, and chevre salad - seafood risotto - chocolate hazlenut torte - a bottle of Quintessa and the company of my 3 brothers: Copley's, Palm Springs, CA.
My current drink of choice:
A big, bold Zin or a soft, citrusy Sauvignon Blanc.
I really wish I could:
Get over the moral dilema of eating meat and sink my teeth into some lamb chops or a rack of ribs.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Big salad with fruits, nuts, and cheeses and a casserole of homemade mac n' cheese.

crusty bread, real butter, and a selection of stinky, soft, salty cheeses.
