Local source for sprouted wheat (rye, whatever) flour?

My partner gave me Peter Reinhart's Bread Revolution for Christmas, and I'm eager to bake these breads -- preferably without firsting spending the money for a dehydrator, flour mill, and so forth. At least until we've tried them. At that point I'd be thrilled to get new toys.

Various sources say, rather optimistically, that some food co-ops have flour mills to share or rent, but I also can't seem to find a food co-op, which just seems wrong.

The Berkeley Bowl doesn't carry sprouted flour. Before I venture across the bay to the city, can anyone tell me if Rainbow Grocery has it? Or is there anywhere else that carries it?

In the meantime, I'm experimenting with sprouting the whole grains I got at the Berkeley Bowl.

What things do you add to your oatmeal to make it interesting?

I add chipotle powder along with the conventional butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Very warming!

What obscure recipe book do you have and love?

Is that the cookbook with the recipe for shallot butter in it? If it is, could you possibly post or email me the recipe? I'd be so grateful.
