The crab cakes at Cabo Villas Beach Resort (Cabo San Lucas). They were made with jalapenos and what seemed to be cream cheese. Very little breading involved here and came with a sweet asian sauce. I ordered them 3 nights in a row. Pure fucking brilliance.
