Best meal I ever ate:
I wouldn't say there is one best meal, but a memorable lunch I had in Rome was a stuffed ravioli with baby squash topped with squash blossom in a light cream sauce. It was divine!
My current drink of choice:
Really great Coffee or hot chocolate :) Wine or champagne is always good.
I really wish I could:
Could be at a cafe in Paris right now, watching the world go by.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Paella or Roasted Vegetable lasagna. Chilli is good for a casual get together.
My favorite comfort food:
Spicy Chilli topped with cheese and sour cream or lasagna, or mac and cheese. Home made tortilla drenched in butter and dipped in sour cream.
