Can't pick just one. A rabbit dish I had at a chateau in France was incredible, and a steak (my wife's actually) at Marcel's in D.C. both come to mind.

Penn Pilsner or Campari and soda
I really wish I could:
Spend 3 months in Italy, eating and traveling.

Lamb meatballs or spicy pesto with goat cheese over a twirly pasta.
