The first 3 star meal I ever had, when I had no idea what I was getting into, still might be the best: Yannick Alléno at Le Meurice, back when he was haggard and skinnier, before he had places from Beirut to Beijing and a bistro with a burger in Paris. Alternatively, The Fat Duck—every course but one was amazing and still unforgettable.
