Palace Diner, Flushing?

I have been to Palace, Pop and Neptune and rate Pop at the top of the list. Their service is pretty quick too.

Galatoboureko?

What you actually ate was not galactoboureko, but Ek mek (not sure of the spelling). It is a combination of two different desserts (galactoboureko and kataifi). You can find it at the ommonia cafe in bayridge, brooklyn.

Vietnamese in Queens?

Pho Bang in Elmhurst. Great pho. Service could use a little help.

ISO: Best Wedding Reception Halls in Queens

Russo's on the bay is just wonderful! You're guests will enjoy the food and the service is right on point. It can accomodate large parties ....not to mention good picture opportunities.

Greek Restaurant in Astoria

If you're looking for some fresh fish Kycklades has never disappointed. Telly's Taverna is also very good, but expect to pay more. If these places fail to satisfy try Agnanti.

Il Vesuvio—fantastico!

Sean
what a review!!! I don't know if we went to the same place.. I had dinner there a few weeks back and it was nothing to go back for.... I found the owners to be extremely rude and cocky.. The crappy food at Pizza Uno and Ground round compares to Vesuvio...yet it was busy with people that are uneducated about italian food. Oh well, I guess it was not my style of food.

Sushi in Queens

Being a huge fan of sushi. I would have to advise against sushi in the Bayside area. I tried every place around and have been disappointed due to either lack of freshness, portions or poor service. I did have an order of sushi delivered from Okinawa a few days ago which took about an hour to get and then when I finally did get it ...I wish I never ordered it. I ordered spider rolls, salmon skin rolls, eel and avocado rolls and the dragon roll. Let's just leave it at...... Can I get some fish with my rice?

Best Pho in Brooklyn?

There is a decent pho place on 78th street and 18th ave, called vermicelli house. The broth is rich in flavor and they give a generous meat portion, unlike someother places. There is also a pho place on 87th street off of 5th ave. Cant think of the name. It's ok, nothing special but if you need a quick fix keep it in mind.
