I don't really have one, but if I had to choose it would be cezar salad with real raw egg and still warm croutons.

Changes all the time, but always includes Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas, Menchanko Tei in Manhattan and that elusive Mexican restaurant I am always hoping to find.
