BEST RESTAURANT FOR A 21ST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN PROVIDENCE, RI ?

Thanks to all who replied. We did go to Gracie's for the 21st birthday dinner, and it was a success.
Gracie's is in a large pleasant room room with high ceilings, but it's surprisingly not too noisy for conversation. The service was just right--attentive, but not too intrusive. Great cocktails. Appetizers were mostly very good, except for a couple that were duds--the foie gras elements did not come together to make a coherent dish, and the lamb sweetbreads were dry and tasteless. But the lamb and scallop entrees were very satisfying. We didn't order dessert, but the macaroons they serve at the end of the meal were sweet and light. All in all, Gracie's is well worth a visit.

BEST RESTAURANT FOR A 21ST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN PROVIDENCE, RI ?

Thanks, everyone, for your input. We've been to La Laiterie and loved the food, and to Ruth's Chris and the meat eaters liked the steak; I'm looking for something memorable---for both meat and veggie eaters, could be American or ethnic, atmosphere not stuffy. Called Loie Fuller's, but they don't take reservations. What have people heard about Gracie's?

Any UES Thai restaurants as good as Saigon Grill?

Since Saigon Grill on 2nd Avenue closed, we haven't found anything comparable around here. Any recommendations?

Sunday brunch in Williamsburg

My family--including Grandma and Grandpa--are coming into town to celebrate my birthday. Any suggestions for a good place for brunch in Wmsburg or nearby?
