If "No Reservations" came to Toronto, where would Anthony Bourdain go?

Sushi pizza? Some people say Sushi pizza came from TO.

Where should Anthony Bourdain (No Reservations) go while in Toronto?

Not too many aboringinal food joints in TO. In ottawa, however, there is an aboriginal cafe which serve things like buffalo bone marrow and the like.

Where should Anthony Bourdain (No Reservations) go while in Toronto?

He should visit the city during one of the summer food festivals - Spicy food fest or Taste of Danforth. I'm sure other cities have food fests also but no one does it like us. Where else can you get paella, souvlaki and sushi all with in a 2 minute walk and all for under 10 bucks?

Best Pho in T.O.

they also have a location in East Chinatown - Gerard and Broadview. I go there after church with my parents every time I'm back home visiting. Delicious Pho - lots of meat and brisket (depending on what you order).

Have you ever "trained" yourself to eat something?

I hate beer - tried to drink it many many times. Three years of being in the military hasn't changed me, I don't know what will. I still hate beer.

I also used to hate those preserved chinese duck eggs (thousand year eggs, the white folk call them) as a kid, and now I love it. Splash of brown rice vinegar, dash of seasame oil - it's perfect.

False. Lobster meat on its on if firm and has a hint of sweetness. I'd always enjoyed my lobster the same way I ate crabs, boiled and eaten without butter until I moved out of my parents' place. Being Chinese, we do a lot of steaming seafood, and unlike most people, we skip the soy sauce part and just eat it by itself.

Bier Market on King W

My friend had one of the Oktoberfest specials which was okay but nothing special. The sausages were probably not made in house and the ham was just bleh - looked dry and unappetizing. I had the mussels here were just terrible. They weren't fresh, and some of the open ones looked as if they been cracked open because they stunk. Did I mention that it also wasn't a very good value?

The whole place was pricey and looked, overall, like it was trying to damn hard. I would not visit again.
