Moving to Charleston: where to shop?

We're moving to Charleston from NYC this summer - what are the recommended places for food shopping? Mainly interested in a good butcher and a fish place.

Kaiseki not to exceed roughly $150 per person for 4

Looking for a kaiseki place to have a get-together with friends, I'd like to to be about $150 per person drinks excluded and if at all possible in a private or semi-private setting.

Any recommendations?

Where to get ham in Brooklyn?

I'm looking for other stores that sell ham that's cut off right off the leg. I know Stinky B'klyn has a few choices. Anywhere else?

Does anyone know a source for aged beef in Staten Island? Traveling to Brooklyn is getting tiresome..

Paris 9th Arrondissement... where to eat for five days?

I'll be on Rodier and Condorcet.

Also, how are those places? I'm looking for mostly casual, pop in and have decent food type of a deal.

Paris 9th Arrondissement... where to eat for five days?

My Mrs, kiddo and I are staying in 9th arrondissement for a week. Looking for places to eat, something that won't break the bank but also won't break the stomach.

Also... since we get in on the 24th around 21.00... I imagine everything will be dead. Do we have any hope of finding food once we get there?

Annisa: a la carte or tasting?

Six of us are going to Annisa in a few days. All dishes look relatively safe, but... should we get tasting menu or should we go a la carte? Any specific dish recommendations? Anything to avoid?
