read this post and had to check it out drove from alta loma definatly worth my time picked up a 5 gallon kosher dill.they actually made it in front of me.wow what an old school operation.sliced a bunch up when i got home to hurry process 3 days later bam.pickle nirvana.should note im slightly pickled obsessed.must be hereditary as ive passed it on to my kids and grandkids.another favorite is phillipes pickled beets.uncomparable i begged the recipe from them and it worked. as an aside if anyone knows of similar places in the area please share thanks in advance jim
