Pork Steak - what to do?

I recently bought some local pasture raised pork butt/shoulder steaks and didn't know what to do with them. I found this recipe which was too easy not to try: Heat oven to 350.
Place pork butt steaks onto a cookie sheet.
Spread 1 tablespoon crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning onto each pork butt steak making sure to press into pork butt steaks.
Flip each pork butt steak over and repeat.
Bake for 25 minutes then flip each pork butt steak over and bake another 20 minutes.
I couldn't believe this wouldn't come out dry and tough, but it didn't. They were incredibly succulent, tender, and delicious.

How to use a roasted pig knuckle?

I just succumbed to the same impulse buy while buying my Roti chicken this morning and found this site after trying to remember what the note said about preparing it. I didn't finish reading to the bottom before I got antsy and decided to incorporate several ideas. It's in the slow cooker with some onions, apples, cabbage, seasonings, and a beer poured on top. Not sure what it's going to become but it sure smells good. I didn't see the last idea until now but love it - I even have the chard since I bought some of that, too. And I have a cold. WEIRD :)

Wine Bistro Near Airport?

I don't think Table 34 is it but it looks like it would fit the bill and be worth a try. Thanks for your suggestions!

Wine Bistro Near Airport?

I ate at a great little restaurant in Las Vegas about 3 years ago that I'm trying to find while I'm here this week. These are the details I remember about it - it was near the airport, not attached to any hotel, specialized in wine, had a European bistro feel to it, had great food. I think it may have been in a strip mall but not positive. And I seem to remember it had numbers in the name, but again, not positive. I'm on a business trip and would love to find it, or something like it. I'm staying at South Point, so being easy to get to from here without having to deal with Strip traffic is a plus.
