I was able to make a reservation, but I would like to know what to expect in terms of food, service, drinks, atmosphere.

I realize this restaurant opened last month. I was considering taking a large group of friends to Blood and Sand for dinner. Does anyone have any thoughts of the restaurant and the food? My other option would be Mosaic.

I was able to make 3 different reservations for 4 tops by 5:40 p.m.. My wife couldn't get through at all though. I guess I got lucky.
