Sous vide. UPDATE: I did! I used a Zip Lock gallon freezer bag, Taylor analog dial candy thermometer and saucepot on stovetop to cook a fantastic beef tenderloin. Amazing. Spectacular. Fun.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Grilled whole snapper (thanks to Alice: trick is to cook it on a cooling rack over the coals, then put another rack on the uncooked side. Flip!)
