Sonoma: Favorite Purveyors?
Vella Cheese Co off the Sonoma Square has delicious aged jack cheese which is hard to find.
Closed on Sundays,
The Marin Farmers' Market at the Civic Center is incredible. Went there in Feb. couldn't believe amount of vendors. Many more meat options (and everything else) than farmers' market in Sonoma County.
Lo-Sugar or sugar-free pastries in Marin?
Try Mill Valley Market. They have a small section for baked goods with low carb goods baked in the area.

Winery stops from San Francisco to Fort Bragg?
Am assuming you mean wineries on the 128 out to Ft. Bragg. First winery
is Yorkville Cellars, organic Bordeaux Style wines, then in Philo there's Roederer Champange, Navarro Winery, great Anderson Valley reds/whites. Stop by Gowan's fruit stand for apples, cider, etc also in Philo. Fort Bragg has winery Called Pacific Star with tasting room in the Skunk Train Depot-winery located 10 miles north and on the coast.
Checkout avwines.com for more wineries. None are touristy. This area well known
For pinots, syrah not so much.
Staying in Cloverdale, need some help and advice!
Clovers is closed. Ruth McGowan's has great house made microbrews and food quality/menu options have improved. Had biscuits/gravy and fresh strawberries crepes at Zini's Diner last week, real tasty and good coffee too. Tian Yuan is fine for Vietnamese/Thai food.
Not much goes on in Boonville unless heading for the coast.
Pick's Drive in hamburger stand seems to be always packed and just reopened for the season.

Wine tasting in Alexander Valley
Murphy Goode tasting room is off the square in Healdsburg down the block Healdsburg Bar & Grill, not in Alexander Valley anymore. Trentadue & Fieldstone can accommodate groups and have wide range of tasting, reds, champagnes, old vines, ports, Coppola has been renovated and is across the freeway from Trentadue, views from that location are superb, Coppola has a restaurant and bar on location, called Rustic. Trione is off the 101 and is newer and near Geyserville, premium wines, haven't been.Locals in Geyserville has good selection of Dry Creek and Sonoma County wineries. Medlock Ames tasting fee was pricey & was not interested in their minimal selection.
