An 18 item Easter Dinner, prepared by me, for my sister and her family, in British Columbia... Eleven hungry participants enjoyed the fare; washed down with copious amounts of wine (red and white varietals)....

I really wish I could:
enjoy Red, Red, wine to the same extent as my friends. However, health implications prevent the luxury.... More's the pity.
