I would recommend Mikado, Z'Tejas, or Roaring Fork in that order. All are sit-down, have at least above average food and an ambiance that is more amenable to a client conversation (barring being seated in the wrong place in Z'Tejas).

There is also Eddie V's right next to Z if you want something pricier/fancier. It is seafood.

I am hosting a break fast for Yom Kippur* and have secured bagels (from Rockstar bagels) and would like to complete the trifecta with appropriate quality "accoutrements." I would like some suggestions for (in order of importance):
1) Nova style (the not-as-salty kind) lox. Zabar's is of course my favorite but is $50/lb. (+ overnight shipping!). I need three pounds, so that becomes prohibitive. Obviously the quality does not have to be Zabar's-level, but I'd like to know what I'm getting in to.
2) Cream cheese. I'm a fan of Temp Tee in the NYC area or the deli-style whipped kind (i.e., not heavy like Philadelphia). Scallion cream cheese a welcome option.
