Bourbon-Marinated Flank Steak

Rule of thumb for all cooking with booze - only use that which you would drink. Recommend Knob Creek Bourbon. Added some brown sugar and fresh garlic as others recommended. Flank steak is OK but used skirts for this from Costco. They are trimmed up well of fat and by far more tender for a sandwich.
