So many, but I'd have to say a marmite dieppoise at "La Marmite Dieppoise" in, that's right, Dieppe. Followed closely by a red snapper simply grilled with garlic at "Chez Mama Cilicap" in Pangandaran, Java.

A glass of porto while working away on dinner in the kitchen.

Fulfill my pastoral dreams of owning a rambling farmhouse in Normandy, complete with kitchen garden and goats.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Filet mignon wrapped in garlic, herbs, wild mushrooms and pancetta with a porto reduction, served with simply roasted new potatoes and French beans Robuchon-style. A hit every single time.
My favorite comfort food:
Depends on the day, the season and especially, why I need comforting, but I'd have to say grilled cheese.
