What to do with fruit flavored salt? Thanks. Great suggestions! It's super fragrant and does taste like berries. I got it from a market in Barcelona. |

What to do with fruit flavored salt? I was buying a couple containers of spiced salt and grabbed a fruit flavored salt by mistake. It's flavored with wild blueberries and strawberries...any ideas what to do with it? |

Transforming even the worst meatloaf moist and tender (and low fat!) Pureed cauliflower works great to add veg and moisture. Sea cucumber seems intriguing...might save some to give it a try next time I make a sea cucumber dish. My mom always tells us it has antiaging properties...a plus. they are not cheap and need a couple of days of soaking. |

What can I do with duck bones? use them to make duck rice porridge. it takes on the smokiness of the duck. season with soy sauce and pepper, add some chopped scallions before serving. |
