I am planning a small cousins party in Astoria with about 10 people and would love to find a small restaurant who would possibly put together a fixed menu for us. Last time we did this (some years ago) we went to Taverna Vraka and it was wonderful but I believe it is closed.

I'm hosting both days as well as the night before .... I'm planning a Moroccan chicken, a more traditional chicken (served on the same day), Kasha Varnishkes, and maybe mushroom barley soup. Any other suggestions please?
