I'm a little confused. I don't bake normally but i'd like to try this.

1. instruction 3 says to shape into disk and wrap tightly. so i take it use a rolling pin to flatten dough and store it fridge as a disk shape?
2. instruction 5 says to roll up the dough and stamp out 24 rounds but i'm confused. do you roll it up horizontally and use a cutter to make pieces of 1/4 inch thickness?

Italian Meatballs

I tried this recipe but to be honest the meatballs came out like patties when put in the skillet. How do i stop this from happening.

Hell's Kitchen four chefs compete -- spoilers! Donkeys! Fusion!

Actually i like trev, lets not forget nona was one of the females that completely stonewalled him. He shouldn't have won HK but i'm not impressed with nona either. If i'd been treated that why i would have said the same thing.

Anywhere in the burlington/hamilton area to buy korean or malt syrup

I'm looking for korean or malt syrup (i think its malt) anyways i'd rather not have to drive to toronto. Does anyone know a location in the halton/hamilton area to buy it.

Recommendations on a good food processor.

I'm looking at buying a good food processor and i just want to see what are some of the good brands out there. I'm not looking for top of the line but i want one that is good quality. Thanks.
