Does anyone have the Robyn Ryberg cookbook?

I picked up "You Won't Believe It's Gluten Free" by Robyn Ryberg used from an internet site for about half the retail price. I have tried her GF cornbread recipe that used mainly cornstarch, corn meal, and xanthan gum among usual baking ingredients. It was my first try using XG, and I was pleasantly surprised! It was light, moist and stayed tasty for the three days it lasted. I am looking forward to trying more of the recipes, because there are options on using different types of gf flours and starches for variations of the recipes.

Any stores that have Ball 64oz jars?

Thank you both for your suggestion. Will head over this weekend.

Any stores that have Ball 64oz jars?

Has anyone seen these in their hardware store? They are inexpensive to buy, and online with shipping and the potential for breakage I would rather just pick some up. In the Union/Essex county area, but will take a road trip!

Thanks!

Gluten Free dining in Middlesex county

Fallon's Bake Shop is where you are referring to nyebaby37 and andrehladek. They are finally open! I met the owner and her parents, very nice people. Picked up a delicious loaf of fresh bread, after sampling a piece. Right now they are cash only establishment, and menus are being printed. A sampling of what was available today were: red velvet whoopie pies( cream cheese filling), red velvet cupcakes with a non-dairy icing, sandwich white bread, Italian bread (with and without sesame seeds), chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate chip muffins. The sandwich loaf was $7.00, but compared to other GF breads I've tried, it's by far the best.

Also available is a 10" cheese pizza, and cheese ravioli, which was $11.50 for a dozen.
