Could never pick just one! Some stand-outs would be: Oyster platter at an ocean-side table at Hog Island Oyster Co. San Fran, Fiori di zucca fritti at Grappa Blu in Montalcino, Charcuterie and Cheese plate including fabulous wild boar pate at Bodega Catena Zapata Mendoza, the truly scrumptious Fried Chicken at Kathy's Southern Cooking Las Vegas, an incredible Pasta with shrimp and herbs at Norma's On The Terrace in Kingston Jamaica - (so sorry to learn of Norma Shirley's passing, what an amazing person she was.)
My current drink of choice:
Always love big, bold reds. You could likely talk me into a Negroni pre-dinner. Finally, a day without a Venti non-fat extra-hot no foam latte would be like a day without sunshine!!

I love all my books...most tattered though are definitely Italian cookbooks, especially Tuscan. I do love Mario and Michele Scicolone. Donna Hay & Ina's books, Food and Wine books and mags. My Gourmet mags. EYB helps me make great use of all of them.
