Austin Restaurants serving Dry-Aged Steaks?

in Austin, as others have mentioned Flemings is very good, so is TRIO.

I prefer TRIO over Fleming for the wine list and the level of comfort I feel when speaking with the sommelier who does all he can to make you NOT feel dumb. TRIO is expensive, but they don't miss a thing. Service, presentation, quality...it's faultless.

As for Sullivan's I recall reading they wet age their beef.

Absolute best burger in Texas?

Went to The Grape on a recent trip to Dallas just for the burger. For the life of me I cannot fathom what the big deal is about. Yes, it was big, yes it was juicy, man was it hot. When I eat a burger I like to taste and savor the taste of meat, good meat, not the Asiago cheese they put on it. The rest of the menu which my wife and daughter ordered from was much better. By the way, if you go for dinner bring a miner's lamp so you can see what you're eating.

Tony Bourdain is coming to Austin: Where should his handlers send him?

Where should they send him? Try sending him home. All he'll do is snuggle up to nice, hardworking people while making sarcastic remarks during the voiceover. And the net result is we have to wait in line.
