Where is the best pulut hitam in NYC?

Any opinions out there on the best pulut hitam (a Malaysian desert) in the NYC area. I used to get this dish with some frequency out in the Sunset district of San Francisco with me mates, at a place known as Hong Kong Cafe - an establishment specializing in Canto-popular treats. They called it 'coconut black rice sticky' back then. Twas brilliant now, wasn't it?

Hadn't had in quite some time but now looking to have a taste to cheer me up. I suspect Chinatown, Manhattan or Flushing, Queens would be the locations. If you could, where have you gotten strong helpings? Which establishment serves the premium pulut hitam in New York City?
