Husband's turning 40 and I want to take him to a cozy, romantic spot, but not break the bank. Suggestions?

He likes pretty much everything, but I'm trying to get away from Italian as we're doing that later this weekend.

Does anybody have tips on where to buy fresh Dungeness crab in Seattle to bring to a beach party on Saturday? We're looking for high quality combined with reasonable prices (not surprisingly!).

A few of us are heading to Friday Harbor/San Juan Island for a bike trip this weekend. any suggestions for a good lunch place--we've got a couple of vegeterians in the mix.

I have a friend in Seattle who is dealing with a long recovery from a car accident; we want to make life easier for him and his family (he has a wife and baby) by giving them a gift certificate to a restaurant that delivers. Problem is that pizza or takeout Chinese won't really do; he's a bona fide gourmet. I can't find much on the Internet about a service that would bring a nice meal from a good restaurant to their house--the one I found, restaurantstogo.com--didn't have a terribly interesting list of restaurants. Any ideas? (We don't really have enough money for a personal chef, unfortunately.)
