An old-fashioned, a french martini, or a Stella. Depends on my mood.

be independently wealthy so I could afford to eat wherever I liked, and have a personal trainer to work it all off.

Mac and cheese with garlic breadcrumbs. Simple, but delicious and easily adaptable.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Woodberry Kitchen; Volt; Mekong Delta ... that's all I've got for now. Been pretty local lately.
