Baby-friendly fine food?
Atmosphere, as in, minimal hostility from other guests that we would even imagine bringing a baby in. Places that are a bit boisterous/racous/noisy i guess might make sense, since any little fusses wouldn't be heard...

Hi,
We'd like to take a friend out to as good as a meal as possible, in a place that would comfortably accommodate our 8-month child.
I searched google and this board, to no avail (perhaps such a place doesn't exist).
In the summer we've eaten outside, which works well, but that is a less attractive option.
Looking for 3 adults at less than $100/person including drinks for lunch, in Manhattan...
Any suggestions would be most welcome...

Pig Roast Equipment Rental (or Caterer)
Hi,
I'm organizing a going-away party for a friend, and would like to roast a pig on a spit. (or, as a back-up, use a caja china).
Where can one get this equipment in the greater-greater DC area? The ideal option would have the rental firm deliver the equipment, and pick it up, but we could also collect and drop off...
