HERE IT IS NUMMY.......dont remember where I got it from though, online somewhere. ;) Soo good!! pairs well with a white zin as well
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves - cut into chunks
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2
tablespoons water
1 ounce hot chile paste(we used red HOT Hunan sauce from Safeway)
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar(we used balsamic) all we had :)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
4 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
4 ounces chopped peanuts

DIRECTIONS:
1 To Make Marinade: Combine 1 tablespoon wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon cornstarch/water mixture and mix together. Place chicken pieces in a glass dish or bowl and add marinade. Toss to coat. Cover dish and place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2 To Make Sauce: In a small bowl combine 1 tablespoon wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon cornstarch/water mixture, chili paste, vinegar and sugar. Mix together and add green onion, garlic, water chestnuts and peanuts. In a medium skillet, heat sauce slowly until aromatic.
3 Meanwhile, remove chicken from marinade and saute in a large skillet until meat is white and juices run clear. When sauce is aromatic, add sauteed chicken to it and let simmer together until sauce thickens.

Sometimes I also add broccoli to this mix in the mix or sometimes on the side :)

Thanks guys, I stopped into shoppers the other day and bought some chicken to make some Kung Pao chicken. I got all of the sauces prepped and when I opened up the chicken and the WHOLE kitchen smelled like ROTTEN eggs. :( The expiration date wasnt for 3 more days!! I think the butcher may be the key, thank you for suggesting it. :) I have never experienced anything like that and then when I brought the chicken back to the store they weren't even surprised at the meat being expired they just said"ok well yeah it smells disgusting, you should exchange it" I was at least expecting them to be a bit shocked and say OH Sorry this shouldnt have happened or been fearful that the rest of the chicken may be tainted. I will NOT be buying any more meat there, even if it is on the way home again :(

Thank you for the suggestion, I just did a search to see how far from St Agnes hospital it is and on google maps the first try suggested an hour by Washington DC and the second (prob more accurate) said 20minutes. Is it by John Hopkins??

Thank you :) Thats allot of great information and thank you for being so candid, we do love great scenery and atmosphere but the food has to be equal or I'd prefer just to go there and order drinks and appetizers :) The doughnut/Thai place sounds VERY interesting, we may have to go there after/before church one of these Sundays :) We have been stopping at Dunkin Doughnuts (new to us) but a real bakery sounds much more appealing and it takes soo much grease to make our own doughnuts it almost seems like a waste. Going to definately try momma romas if they have pizza in the diablo sauce, for pasta I usually make my own secret sauce ;) Thank you again :)

Thank you! for the suggestion. ;) We tried a highly reccomended sushi place in Annapolis (Joss) on date night and the sushi was room temp and not very tasty at all. Again it was reccommended by several people so maybe it was an off night for the restaurant... After the drive, the baby sitter, then the food, I was preatty sad... I REALLY have to go to Odenton :) Thank you I just checked the web site and I am very nearby. I appreciate the feedback :)

Thank you for the great suggestions, we tried the four seasons grille, I ordered the tuna tower and was expecting tuna, but instead had a mound of guacamole and red peppers. I was assuming it to be more tuna then guacamole so I ate my 4 chunks of salt & peppered tuna and took the guacamole with red peppers home and cooked fajitas for dinner :) It just wasnt what I had expected any other reccomendations on the menu there?
Ill have to try the others if I get time to go out soon :)
