Chinese crispy noodles, aka chow mein noodles are found in the Asian aisle of your local grocery store chain. The most popular brand is La Choy. Now WONTON skins are a completely different thing. Since these are a fresh dough product and WILL spoil, these are found packaged in plastic wrap in the produce section of your grocery store. Popular brand is Melissa's. For use on soups and salads, You will need to cut them into strips and deep fry them. Also keep in mind if your local grocery store doesn't sell a lot of wonton skins, they will not stock them.
