Pasta with Roasted Chicken, Raisins, Pine Nuts, and Parsley

I have to point out that this recipe is awesome!. However, use corkscrew pasta if you don't want all your ingredients to get lost in the bottom of the pan. I've made it both ways and the corkscrew just holds the ingredients better and makes the taste more uniform, so you are not getting just pasta in one bite and just chicken in another, etc.
